Discover how HealSuites turns short-term rentals into high-demand medical recovery suites — solving Airbnb's biggest problems while creating real passive income.

We use Rental Arbitrage. That means you lease a unit for one rate ($1,000 per month for example) and then sub-lease it as an AirBNB or other Short-Term Rental at a higher rate ($125 per night for example). You have up front costs, but they are much less than the investment needed to buy a unit.

We manage everything for you, just like a property manager takes care of a traditional rental property. We handle everything from the furnishings to the advertising, guest questions, payment, and more. Your time commitment is almost non-existent.

We have an experienced team that has managed many traditional AirBNB units and knows how to position them to attract guests. Besides that, we also service a specific niche.

Why Miami is the Top Destination for Plastic Surgery
Miami is known for its beautiful beaches, warm weather, and vibrant nightlife. However, the city has also established a reputation as one of the best destinations for plastic surgery in the world. The city is home to numerous highly qualified and experienced plastic surgeons, state-of-the-art facilities, and an array of procedures. In this article, we will discuss why Miami is the top destination for plastic surgery.

Why is Miami popular for Plastic Surgery?
Miami has become a renowned hub for plastic surgery, attracting individuals from all around the world. The city’s reputation for exceptional cosmetic procedures and skilled surgeons has catapulted it to the forefront of the plastic surgery industry. This article will explore the reasons why Miami is popular for plastic surgery, delving into the expertise, authorities, and trust that the city exudes in this field.

Top 5 Reasons to Get Plastic Surgery in Miami
Plastic surgery in Miami has become increasingly popular in recent years, with more and more people looking to improve their appearance through various cosmetic procedures. Many different types of plastic surgery procedures are available in Miami, but some of the most popular ones include liposuction, breast augmentation, and tummy tucks.
They need a place to stay. Most of the doctors require them to return in 4-10 days after surgery to check on the procedure, the incision, etc. They cannot use a regular hotel because they need supervision and cannot take care of themselves. They cannot check themselves into a hospital. They need a Recovery Room.
In addition to using Rental Arbitrage to generate passive cash flow from AirBNB, we also use these units to generate passive cash flow as a Recovery Room.
Due to their dressings, many cannot ride in a regular car (seriously, Brazilian Butt Lifts are super popular and the patients do NOT want to sit on their butt in a car after surgery) so they need special transportation.
We offer handrails, a walker, specialized medical bed, and more.
We coordinate with a Care Specialist Agency that provides them with their choice of care, which ranges from 24/7 care to just one quick daily visit.
We work with two chefs who prepare and deliver customized meals based on their needs and the criteria of their doctor.
Due to the potential for blood and other hazardous material, we have specialized cleaning services who perform Medical Grade Cleaning for the units.

By providing all of these solutions, we gain MANY advantages…
We can charge more for the room each night
We get patient referrals directly from doctors and clinics
There is a high “barrier to entry”. An AirBNB owner cannot simply state that they have Recovery Rooms. There are room modifications, licensing, resources (care specialist, chefs, medical transport, etc.) that are needed. Most importantly, they would have to establish relationships with doctors and clinics in order to get guests. Very few (if any) AirBNB owners are going to do this.

The lease usually gets extended for another year or longer. Keep in mind that the landlord just wants consistent monthly lease payments from you. As long as you are paying on-time, the landlord is motivated to renew the lease. It is common for there to be a slight (3% to 5%) increase in the rent amount, but that should have little impact on your cash flow.
Under those rare circumstances, HealSuites will work to find you another similar unit. There is no additional fee to HealSuites, but there could be a cost for moving your furnishing to the new unit.
Absolutely! Having a nice unit to visit is one of the perks of owning a Short-Term Rental. The only thing to keep in mind is that the unit cannot generate revenue while you are there.
Yes. Again…it is YOUR unit. We have seen others give away free stays to friends and family or give away a stay as a perk to business clients. It is up to you. Just remember that it is not generating cash flow when you are giving it away.
While it is recommended that you lease your unit through an LLC, this is not a requirement.
Not at this time. Research is still being conducted, but it appears that owning such a unit could conflict with IRS regulations.
